Fun Stuff Coming

Karen's been busy. Over the last few days we shot portions of four videos. We're in the land of flowers and plants, with a bridal bouquet, crocuses for the Spring (which we haven't seen much of here in New Hampshire yet), a broken flowerpot, and a flowering bush.

A little more shooting in the morning, and then I get sent into post-production to edit and narrate. Add that to the videos I'm doing, including one with my teenage son about his first cake-baking experience, and it's going to be a busy week for my Mac Mini.

Leprechaun For Sale

The leprechaun that Karen sculpted out of polymer clay in our YouTube video is now up for auction on eBay. Click here to go to the listing.

This probably won't be the last time that we make one of our video projects available to buy, so stay tuned.

In my videos, you may have noticed that I use toothpicks a lot. I use them to apply glue, pick up small pieces, and shape things. So I thought you might be interested in this video I found about how toothpicks are made:

It's nice to see that in this world of plastics, toothpicks are still made a good old hardwood.

Finally Back To Making Videos!

Here is our first video in a very long time. But we won't be waiting so long to make the next one!

And we're trying something new; a limited number of kits to make this pin are available exclusively through Fiverr.

I feels great to be back behind the camera and at the mic (not to mention the editing software) to bring you these fun projects from Karen.

And look for a new site design, coming soon!

We're Coming Back!

It has been a year and a half since I updated this blog, and longer since we created a new video. I won't try to explain why; I'll just say that it's been an eventful couple of years. will soon be getting a complete overhaul. We'll be starting with YouTube videos again by this summer, and we'll be publishing plans, books, and videos to help you with your miniature projects in the coming year.

Look for more activity on our Twitter feed soon, and on our Facebook page. We'll be keeping you up to date on what's happening with us, and also on what we run across as we're bringing ourselves up to speed.

Thanks to all of you who have continued to subscribe to this blog; we promise to do our best to make it worth the wait.
